NB - It is a regular occurance for customers to mis-enter their e-mail addresses on their accounts and orders. When this happens and the typo is not obvious to us, customers will receive no correspondance from our web site because the mail bounces as 'e-mail address not found, or permenant error'. This is also applicable where a customer contacts us with a query and the return e-mail address they have entered on their e-mail account is also mis-entered. When we click 'reply' and return a message the message will not be delivered. Have you entered the correct e-mail address and set up your e-mail account correctly? On average, we received four bounced e-mail message a day.

Customers are requested to click on any product title, or small thumb-nail photograph to access full product descriptions and much larger photographs. Purchasing problem .always result from an item being too large, or too small and this often occurs where the customers has  not accessed the full product descriptions, where sizes and weights are given.
