If an item is showing on the web site as zero Quantity, this item is temporarily out of stock. To receive an e-mail notification, as soon as the item comes back into stock, simply open the full product description by clicking on the small list view picture and on the right hand side of the page, under 'Notification' click and enter your e-mail address. As soon as we enter the new stock, you will receive an e-mail advising you the item is back in stock.
Most of our charm designs are replaced within ten days. Below is a guide to expected deliveries:

P or S - delivery due between the 19th & 21st November (weekly deliveries) SHC - Goods ordered, dispatched 18th Nov, approx delivery 25th Nov CMT - Goods ordered - no dispatch advice yet received, expected before Christmas RW - Ordered - due to circumstances beyond the suppliers control, we can not promise theses charms will be in before Christmas CF - Weekly deliveries
There are no more Victorian Christmas Puddings Charm Sets expected before Christmas! However, all the component subjects are available individually on our web site should customer wish to create their own 'set'.(Boot, Horseshoe, Wishbone, Button, Bell, thimble & ring).
If an item has 'disappeared' from our web site, please e-mail us. This means one of three things; 1) Someone has just purchased the last item from stock and the web site has automatically hidden it from view 2) The item will take longer than 14 days to come back into stock 3) The item has been discontinued. Please e-mail us and we will advise as to which applies.
Charm/s Needed To Complete A Bracelet
If you have created, or are trying to create a charm bracelet and one or more charms are showing in your cart as out of stock, please consider the following option:
1) Make a note of the Order Codes for the charms that are out of stock, you will need to obtain these from the web site as the shopping cart very annoyingly, does not contain Order Codes. Click on the little picture in your shopping cart, make a note of the Order Code (under the product title) and then click on 'Back' on your browser to return to your cart. Once you have noted all the applicable order codes, return to your cart and remove the out of stock items.
2) To remove the out of stock items from your cart, to enable you to continue, place a click (tick) in the little box on the left of the out of stock picture/s and then scroll to the bottom of your cart and click on 'Up-Date'.
3) Continue to the payment option page. Opt for *Check/Money Order and then in the message box type "I also need (i.e) P47 Clover Leaf Charm ELF504 Butterfly Charm adding to the above bracelet. I would like to pay via ____________ and I need the completed bracelet by ___/___/____).*Please do not checkout using Pay Pal were additonal items are required.
4) Complete Checkout and Confirm your order.
This will serve to reserve for you, all the charms and the bracelet in your shopping cart, preventing another charm/s from going out of stock whilst you are waiting for charm/s to come into stock! Once we receive your instructions, we will 1) Advise immediately if we can not make your delivery date 2) Advise immediately if there is any other potential difficulty with your order 3) We will hold your goods for you 4) On arrival of your 'missing' pieces we will e-mail you and forward the appropriate invoice for payment.
Please ensure that you have a land line telephone number detailed on your account. If we know 100% that a delivery will arrive the day before you need your bracelet, we can use Special Delivery postage, but we can only dispatch once payment has been received, so please provide a day time telephone number that enables us to contact you. We can not phone mobile numbers from our offices, these numbers are barred as a result of the Premium Rate mobile numbers now in circulation.
NB Please note that new stock can go up or down in price, (at the current time this tends to be up, given the current fall in the $ value and the rise in the Silver Index Price). To make the processing of 'held bracelet orders' easier to manage, we will charge the price at the time that you placed your order. Therefore, where a charm price may have gone down on delivery, you will not benefit from the lower price, but there again,.................. neither will you pay the higher price.
