To create a charm bracelet and for it to be dispatched with the charms attached, please add 1 x Presentation Box HMCBPB and one Split Ring HMCBSR for each charm that requires attaching, to your shopping cart. Your bracelet will then be dispatched as the complete and very personal gift it was meant to be.We will not dispatch bracelets, with charms we have attached, without a box to ensure safe delivery.

Our website language explained and 'the small print'
If you are not computer literate, do not want to buy over the internet or simply want to know we are real people call us or, e-mail us and ask us to call you. We appreciate that people have different preferences and we are happy to work with you in the way that suits you, after all, the internet and e-mail is terrific, until it crashes or does not co-operate in the way you need it to! However, please note we do not accept personal callers or collection from our administration office and we are unable to process Credit Card payments over the telephone.
Please note we will not call Mobile Telephone numbers as these calls cost us £1.00 per minute from our office telephone line.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations and/or exchanges of an order can not be guaranteed prior to dispatch. An order can not be cancelled after it has been dispatched.
Guarantee and Returns
Goods are not sold on a trial basis, that is to say, goods may not be ordered and viewed and then returned because the pieces are not liked.
Please note that the prices of the goods sold by Jewellery Enchantments fluctuate with the financial markets and as a result, our products are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations that stipulate that customers have the right to return goods for a refund within seven days of receipt. Therefore, the return of goods is at our discretion and is product dependant. Whilst we make every effort to assist customers with difficulties, the returns procedure detailed below MUST be followed. The receipt of returns by mail, of which we have no prior knowledge, will incur a 20% re-stocking charge to cover the costs involved in processing a refund and the additional postage charges that may have been paid by Jewellery Enchantments.
Satisfaction
If you purchase any piece from our web site and on it’s arrival, it does not meet the details specified on our web site, or goods are determined to be faulty you must contact us via phone or e-mail before returning goods. The goods must reach us within seven days of being received, in their original packaging. Where an error is our responsibilty will will cover all costs encountered by the customer in returning the goods. We will not refund any costs where returns are received without authorisation.
Personalised items created for customers are not returnable unless faulty or defective.
Earrings are not returnable, unless faulty, because these items make contact with the skin in an intimate way.
Findings may only be returned where they are found to be faulty on delivery. Where a findings has been 'altered', that being, by the attachment to/or the attachment of , which results in the finding being 'altered' from it's delivered 'state' Jewellery Enchantments can bear no responsibilty for the failure of the finding. This does not negate our responsibility where a Split Ring is discovered to have a manufacturing fault as fittment is attempted and the ring is discovered to be in two seperate pieces.
If an error has been made by the customer, we will assist with exchanging items only. The customer will bear all costs for the exchange, such as additional postage costs and payment processing fees. Please carefully check the sizing of items, and length before purchasing. Please also ensure you have read the full Item Description for each item purchased and read our Product Information pages with regards to the 'description' of charms.The full Item Descriptions for each product we sell are available by simply clicking the photograph or the product name.
(The selling prices of many of our charms are dependant upon three factors; the exchange rate, the Silver Index Price and the Import charges applicable. Each charm price is calculated on delivery and if the price we pay is lower than a previous delivery, then the selling price to our customers is also lower. Therefore, exchanging items where the current selling price is lower, than the price paid originally by the customer, means that for us to accept exchanges, we are needing to cover loss expenses. In addition, we sell many unique pieces that are not repeated. Once these items are purchased, the items are deleted completely from our web site and stock records. Extended Guarantees
We check and hand pack every single item before it leaves us, however, all our pieces are hand made and faults that can not be seen, become apparent when wearing your chosen piece. Therefore, we guarantee our pieces against poor workmanship.
Earrings are guaranteed for two months, Chains are guaranteed for three months and pendants are guaranteed for four months from time of dispatch, subject to the following conditions;
We will not accept chains returned that have ‘snapped’ links, but should the spring ring fail or the chain disengage from the ring clasps, we will replace your chain free of charge.Pendants have been known to become separated from the chain bail that connects the pendant to the chain, if this happens, we will replace your pendant free of charge, subject to availability. Even if you loose your pendant as a result of this happening, you are still covered by the four month guarantee.
Earrings, because they are more personal in they way they contact with the skin, are only guaranteed against manufacturing faults. Replacements are subject to availability. Where a replacement item is not available, we will refund the value paid.
Please note, the two main manufacturing faults result from air bubbles and adhesives. Adhering silver with glass and crystal components requires the adhesive is always applied under quite exacting conditions. A simple change in the weather can affect adhesive. So whilst a piece may appear to be adhered properly, under warm conditions the crystal or glass components can part company with the sterling silver components. Whilst this does happen very often, it does happen and you need to e-mail if this happens to a piece you have purchased. The second manufacturing fault relates to air 'bubbles' that can occur when 'mould pouring' sterling silver. Tiny air bubbles that will be under the surface of a piece. When these air bubbles warm up and expand, they can cause pieces to 'give' where the bubble is very close to the surface. Faults of this nature are not visable to the naked eye until such time as the piece 'breaks'. Where it is determined that an air bubble has caused the breakage, pieces will be replaced by us, under our manufacturers guarnatees. Faults of this nature do happen. However, please would customers note that whilst we will replace genuinely faulty items, we will not replace items where, for example, a bracelet has been closed in car door and neither will we replace items that have obviously not been treated inappropriately. Please be warned that a Macro photograph has the ability to view the smooth crater a tiny air bubble has caused, just as equally as it can it can view the grease and crushing marks from a car door! We are also well aware that Split Rings, as fitting is attempted, will be found to be in two pieces! Where this happens, we will credit the value of the Split Ring on e-mail notification from the customer.
Returns
In an instance where you need to return an item, please e-mail us and advise of the problem before returning the product.
If returns are due to poor workmanship or damages sustained through the postal system, we will send a replacement item (subject to availability) and we will send a post paid Returns envelope for the return of the faulty item. If returns are due to descriptive errors we will refund the customers postage costs by prior arrangement. If any returns are received without prior arrangement we will not refund postage costs and a re-stocking fee may be applied.
We will not accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive or those that arrive damaged.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are suitably insured against loss or damage, except where we have sent a post paid Returns Envelope.
If you believe your order is missing an item, please check the wadding carefully before e-mailing us to advise of a shortage. Charms and Findings do like to snuggle into the wadding during transit and many a customers have e-mailed us, and on checking the wadding thoroughly, have found the item snuggled safely in the deepest part of the box. This said, if we do make an error and omit an item, we will rectify the omission immediately. Whilst we try exceptionally hard not to make errors, they do happen.

Where returns are made without our prior knowledge a 20% restocking charge will be made. In addition, all fees for the processing and payment of an order will not be refunded.
Where a re-stocking fee is applied to unauthorised returns, a new invoice and accountancy details on why a re-stocking fee has been applied will be forwarded via post, once the returns are processed. The processing of returns incurs costs to Jewellery Enchantments and the re-stocking fee seeks to recaim part of these costs. Our standard low postal fee, compared to the actual costs we incur for higher valued orders, provides a 'discount' to customers and this 'discount' is recovered under our re-stocking fee.
Cleaning your jewellery
Never dip your jewellery in any cleaning solution, even if the product informs you that the solution is suitable for silver jewellery. “Dip” solutions appear to work well the first couple of times, but after this a chemical reaction appears to occur and marks appear on the jewellery. For people that object to this statement, may I suggest that you place the tip of a stainless steel teaspoon in the solution and see the affect for yourself. We will not accept the return of any item that has been ‘dipped’ in a chemical solution and neither will our manufacturer.
The one and only way to clean jewellery is with professional silver jewellery cloths (a good quality jewellery cloth can be purchased from our site). These cloths have been treated with a chemical that will not only polish and shine your jewellery, but also prevents your silver jewellery from excessive tarnishing.
Tarnishing of Silver jewellery is caused by air pollutants and the salts that permeate from your skin. Deodorants and perfumes may also cause tarnishing. However, tarnishing is simply a darkening of the surface of the jewellery and it maybe removed easily with a polishing cloth.To keep your jewellery in perfect condition, it is advisable to wipe your pieces with a cloth after wearing them and before returning them to their boxes.
Our Pricing
Our prices are reflective of the fact that we purchase our jewellery direct from the manufacturer; we do not generally use wholesalers. However, there are times when we feel our collection is incomplete, and for these pieces we purchase via wholesalers to offer a wider range of pieces.This fully explains why one piece may appear to be exceptionally good value against another piece.However, we promise to provide pieces of good value and good quality throughout our web site and we can do this because we do not incur the costs of a high street shop and trade solely via the internet and the telephone.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all prices stated on our Web Site are correct, we reserve the right to amend prices, especially when a price has registered as £0.00 on the input of a new product or as a result of a technical failure to our Web Site.
Our prices are subject to change. Prices may as equally rise as they may fall. Pricing of the majority of our products are determined by the Silver Stock Index.
Stock Levels
The ‘quantity’ of items, available for immediate purchase, are indicated for each item. Where it is indicated we have ‘1’ item available, the item shown in the photograph is the item you will receive. Where a stock level of '0' is shown, we have no stock of that item, but new stock is expected within four days.
Gift Services
We are only too happy to supply your piece directly to a third party. We will gift wrap your present and provide a gift card too. The Small Print
Whilst it is not nice to have a need to place this message within our web site, it is unfortunately, necessary.We treat fraudulent purchases seriously. Attempting to purchase from our site using someone else’s Credit Card just is not acceptable to us and we will support any action that Pay Pal take against any individual attempting to make fraudulent transactions.We will seek to retrieve any monies owed to us, as a result of fraudulent cheques presented to our bank, and we will pass all costs involved from the retrieval of such monies on to the offending customer. Fraudulent purchases are equal to shop lifting and we will seek to prosecute anyone attempting to make such a purchase from our store. Our Debt Collection Agency's details are supplied under our Privacy Policy.
All transactions undertaken on our web site are legally binding and in purchasing, the customer agrees to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

Our fairy logo is copyrighted and belongs to the artist, as detailed in our links page. She may not be copied, under any circumstances, from our web site.We have chosen not to stop people copying the photographs because copying the images and saving pictures of the items you have purchased, is often assistance to Household insurance and holiday insurance policies. However, we do not allow our images to be copied for any other purpose and they may not be re-published without permission.
Please do not e-mail and ask for permission to copy photographs for the purposes of re-selling our designs, permission will not be granted.

It became necessary in February 2007 for us to take legal action in respects of a copyright infringement relating to our site. The use of our colouration and Fairy Logo were duplicated upon another web site. The action of using the overall appearance of our site is termed as 'passing off' and it contravenes Intellectual Property Law. The copying and republishing of any picture from our web site contravenes Copy Right Law. We will intercede with legal action where required.
Presentation Boxes
Single charm purchases are supplied in one hard shell blue box and quite suitable to give as a gift.
Multiple purchases of charms are supplied in one blue hard shell box. Additional boxes and organza bags are available for customers to purchase, should they require additional packaging for gift giving. Please note, we do not add the price of a box to every charm we sell because a large proportion of our customers have no need for multiple boxes, nor the expense.

Charm bracelets are not boxed! This is because 90% of our customers purchase Charm Bracelets and require them dispatched with the charms attached. This requires that they add a Presentation Box to their order. Therefore, our bracelets are priced so as not include a presentation box so that no customer has cause to be paying twice for a box. Charm Bracelet boxes are available individually on our web site.
Charm Bangles are sent in a red hard shell box for safe delivery, silver and black boxes are available to purchase seperately where a customer requires individual presnetation boxes for charm bangles.
Charm bracelets & bangles with charms attached are sent in velvet and satined lined presentation boxes, these may be silver or white for Christenings, Weddings and Confirmation but the customer must express a preference in the message box at check-out where a specific box colour is needed.
Bracelets Simple chain bracelets are supplied in a grip-seal bag. Link bracelets and bangles (not entitled as 'charm') are supplied in the most appropriate presentation boxes.
Gem Stone Bangles are supplied in individual hard shell red boxes. These bangles do not fit in any available velvet lined bangle box.
Earrings All earrings below £4.95 are supplied in hard shell individual boxes, except Freshwater Pearl earrings which are supplied in velvet presentation boxes. All earrings abive £4.95 in value are supplied in presentation boxes, although the 'type' may not always be the same, as it is often dependant upon the box required to fit the earrings. Where charms and earrings mounts are to be dispatched complete, we will use a box most appropriate to dispatch the completed earrings.
Pendants are supplied in individual hard shell boxes, unless purchased with a chain and then they are supplied in a necklace presentation box. Where a charm and chain are purchased on the same order, they will be supplied as seperate pieces. Where a charm, chain bail and chain are purchased in the same order, the pendant necklace will be assembled and supplied in a necklace presentation box.
Chains are supplied in grip-top bags, unless purchased with a pendant. When a chain and pendant are purchased together, these are supplied in a necklace presentation box, (so too is a charm, accompanied by a chain bail and chain).
Necklaces such as Amber, Freshwater Pearl and other 'beaded' gem stones are supplied in a silk pouch. Chain necklaces are supplied in necklace presentation boxes.
Please note, where we determine an order is for a Christmas Gift, or a gift beinging dispatched gift wrapped and with a gift card at any other time of the year, we will alter the boxes we use. Therefore, please make no assumption that because one order was dispatched in pretty matching boxes, that this will occur as a matter of course! Jewellery box packaging can be expensive and it increases postage costs, we are not adding these increases to each item we sell and therefore, our prices are lower as a result. Please bear this in mind when considering just how much you might pay if we added fancy luxury boxes to very item we sell, boxes that in most cases, with be abandoned because they will not fit into your jewellery box!
