To create a charm bracelet (brooch, bookmark, etc) and for it to be dispatched with the charms attached, please add 1 x Presentation Box HMCBPB and one Split Ring HMCBSR for each charm that requires attaching, to your shopping cart. Your bracelet will then be dispatched as the complete and very personal gift it was meant to be. We will not dispatch bracelets, with charms we have attached, without a box to ensure safe delivery. We assemble for FREE.

This will happen if your cart contains an out of stock item. You must remove the item by placing a mouse click in the small box next to the item and then click on the Up-Date Cart button to remove the item from your cart. This may also occur if you are attempting to process a payment from your work place. Many employers prevent payment pages from loading to prevent purchases from their IP address. Please copy and paste your cart into an e-mail to us, along with your preferred payment method and we will process your order for you.

My shopping cart keeps emptying and removing my products.
Please copy and paste your shopping cart, or e-mail us with a list of the products required (Item Numbers please) and we will process the order for you. Some employers and some software security settings will prevent the shopping cart from processing.

Pay Pal will not process my payment.
Please e-mail us and provide a landline telephone number and we will call you to assist or call us on 01249-443715. Please be aware that whilst we often assist customers with Pay Pal difficulties, these difficulties are more often as a result of important security restrictions put in place to protect the card holder and are seldom as a result of an actual issue with Pay Pal or a specific Credit Card. We can not process Credit Cards over the telephone, but we can assist to resolve any issues.

If I order more than one of a specific item, or my order will be large, can I have a discount?
We do not offer product discounts from our Retail Web Site. What we do do however, is to provide addition postal services for high valued orders at no additional costs to our customers. For multiple purchases, exceeding £75.00 in value, we have a trade web site at www.jewelleryenchantments.com. Trading credentials are required to access our trade prices. (Would customers please consider that we have regular customers who order £100 worth of goods per month and who often purchase twelve or more of any one design. Therefore, whilst you may consider your order warrants an enquiry regarding discounts, we have a strict policy not to provide any discount that would seek to under value our regular customers).

The Quantity column states how many items we have in stock at any one time. We hold higher levels of stock for the most popular items.

Can you guarantee the 'Quantity' showing on your web site is available for me to buy?
We can not provide any guarantees that the Quantity of stock available is always completely true. When customers process payments through Pay Pal using their Credit or Debit Cards, we are reliant on them clicking the 'Return To Merchant' button after completing their payments. If customer do not do this, the items in their shopping carts do not subtract from the Quantity available, and consequently, for short period of time until we are able to manually reduce their purchases, the available Quanity shown on our web site will be incorrect.

Why do I need to click on the 'Return To Merchant' button after completing my payment by Debit/Credit card?
If you do not hold a Pay Pal account and have processed a payment via Credit/Debit card, your order will not complete until you click on the 'Return To Merchant' button. On clicking the 'Return To Merchant' button you will be re-directed back to our web site and will receive a Confirmation Of Order. In addition, the goods your ordered will be deducted from the stock available to other customers and any 'gift delivery address' will be up-dated. It is a legal requirement that customers are able to manually process every aspect of their order and payment. Clicking the Return To Mechant button is part of this process. Pay Pal account holders are automatically re-directed because they agreed to be, on initiating their Pay Pal accounts, as the Terms & Conditions of their account allowed this process to occur automatically.

Do you have a printed paper catalogue?
Due to the quantity of new products added weekly, a printed catalogue would be out of date before it reached the printers and therefore, we do produce a printed catalogue. However, you can print a catalogue from our web site. 'Printable Catalogue' can be found on the right hand side of our Home Page under 'Information'.

An item is showing on your web site as zero stock. How will I know when the item will be back in stock?
If an item is showing a stock level of zero it means the item is due in within four working days. All items that will take longer to re-stock are temporarily hidden from our customers view. Please e-mail us at jewelleryenchantments@gmail.com and we will notify you as soon as new stock arrived or you can use the Notification button on the lower right hand side. This will generate an automatic e-mail that will up date you as soon as we up-date the stock on any specific item.
